Biography

Polycarpe was born in 1793 [1]. He was the son of Joseph Lepage and Therese Fortin.

He married Julienne Cote in 1819 [2]. Their children:

  1. Therese Lepage (1821-1881)
  2. Restitue Lepage
  3. Pierre Barnabé Lepage
  4. Pierre Halarie Lepage
  5. Clet Lepage
  6. Onésime Lepage [3]
  7. Télesphore Lepage
  8. Zéphirin Sébastien Lepage
  9. George Edouard Lepage

In 1831, they lived in Rimouski, Quebec where he worked as a Cultivateur (farmer) [4]. The 1842 Canada census shows they still lived in Rimouski and his occupation had changed to cordoniere (shoemaker) [5]. He passed away at an unknown date after 1861 [6].
