Translation :

The year of Our Lord seventeen hundred twenty-seven, the sixth day of January, I, brother Ambroise Rouillard, Recollet missionary of the parish of St-Germain of Rimousguy, have baptised Isabelle, daughter of Pierre Le Page and Marie Trepagnié, his wife, married together. The godfather was René Florentin Le Page and the godmother Isabelle Laurent who declared not knowing how to sign. In witness whereof, I signed, F. Amb. Recollet.

Her first marriage was to Jean Baptiste Coté. The marriage record has not been found, but the marriage contract was dated October 17, 1754 and was recorded at Rimouski by notary Dionne on 25 Aug 1756 [2]. Their son, Jean Baptiste, was the only known child of the couple and he was to became the fourth Seigneur of L'Isle-Verte from the Coté family. Isabelle is presumed to have died before 1784 when Jean Baptiste remarried.

Lepage de St. Barnabé-1 and Lapage-4 appear to represent the same person because: Same birth date, same birth place, same husband (duplicates exist: he needs to be merged too). Note: Final last name at birth should be Lepage.

I believe Lepage-4 and Lepage-174 are duplicate profiles of Isabelle Lepage baptised on January 6, 1727 in Rimouski, Quebec and married to Jean-Baptiste Cote in the year 1755.
