Jacques was born on 2 Apr 1690 in “New York en la Nouvelle Holande” to Jacques Lepage and Madeleine David , and was baptized on 10 Oct 1700 at Notre-Dame-de-Montreal. The birth information is from his baptismal record.[1]
He was buried on 14 Jan 1713 at Notre-Dame-de-Montreal, no death date specified.[2]
