Biography
Joachim was born in Grande-Digue on 20 Mar 1812 and baptized in Cocagne on 25 Jun 1812, the son of Eugene Léger and Louise Haché.[1][2] He married Perpétue Babineau in Barachois on 23 May 1831.[3] He passed away in 1869.
