Biography

Esther Aldrich Lapham (Daniel, Abraham, Joshua, John, John) the daughter of Daniel Lapham and Martha Gage. was born 30 Nov 1827 in Macedon, New York and died 29 March 1904, at Rochester, New York. She married Charles Biddlecome of Macedon. Their children are listed as :

  1. Bayard born 1855; died 1922.
  2. J. Stafford born 1858;died 1872.
  3. Belle born. 1860.
  4. Emma born 13 Aug 1862; m 13 Oct 1886, Fred G. Sweet (born 13 Oct 1855, died 1923). Noted here that Emma was the Private Secretary to Susan B. Anthony. [1]

Esther A Biddlecom died 29 Mar 1904 in (possibly) Rochester New York. The entry is transcribed 'Roh, New York" I would read it 'Rch'.[2]

Esther A.L. Biddlecom was born in 1828(sic) and died in 1904 (aged 75–76). She was buried in the Macedon Village Cemetery in Macedon, Wayne County, New York with her husband Charles.
