Arnold was born in 1923. He passed away in 2009.

In the 1930 census, Arnold (age 6) was the son of Fred D Kuhlmann in Todd Creek, Johnson, Nebraska, United States.[1]

In the 1940 census, Arnold (age 17) was the single son of Fred D Kuhlmann in Todd Creek Election Precinct, Johnson, Nebraska, United States.[2]

Arnold was in a military record on 17 January 1945 in Ft Leavenworth, Kansas, United States.[3]

In the 1950 census, Arnold (age 27), Farmer, was the married head of household in Table Rock Township, Pawnee, Nebraska, United States.[4]

Arnold was in an obituary on 12 March 2009 in Lincoln, Lancaster, Nebraska, United States. He died (age 86) on 9 Mar.[5]

Arnold died (age 86) on 9 March 2009 residing in Humboldt, Richardson, Nebraska.[6]

His parents were Fred D. and Bertha (Rhinke)(Rienke) Kuhlmann.

He was the youngest of 9 children and was baptized on Mar. 4, 1923, at St. James (Long Branch) Lutheran Church in rural Humboldt, Nemaha County, NE. He was confirmed in the same church on Mar. 16, 1937.

He served in WW II. He was a medic and was in Japan.

He was married on Aug. 19, 1947, to Dorothea Alberts at the same church. They had 3 children. Rodney, Debra, and Kevin.

Arnold farmed, worked as a mechanic for 15 years, worked part-time at Cooper Mill and owned and operated Humboldt Greenhouse. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Humboldt, NE.

He died at the Belle Terrace Nursing Home in Tecumseh, NE. at the age of 86 years, one month and twenty days.

He was preceded in death by a daughter Debra Dunlap. and by sisters, Adela Kuhlmann, Ida Geyer, Freda Geyer, Alma Kuper, Hilda Grable and Zola Antholz. He had 14 grandchildren. Also had a brother in law Alvin Kuper who survived him.

Funeral services were held on March 13, 2009 at the Faith Lutheran Church in Humboldt, NE. and was buried at St. James (Long Branch) Cemetery, rural Humboldt, Nemaha County, NE.
