Biography

Josephine was born about 1843. She was the daughter of Orrin Kinney and Mariana Fall. [1] She and her siblings attended their Aunt Charlotte (Fall) Fanning's orphan's school in 1850 at Davidson County, Tennessee. [2]

She married by about 1866 to William C. Bromley and they had children: [3] [4]
