Biography

George was a member of the Royal Society of Musicians of Great Britain

George was born to Ann King on 14 October 1811 and was baptised on 20 October 1811 at St Martin at Palace, Norwich, Norfolk, England. ^[1]

George married Louisa Ward on 13 February 1836 in Saint Botolph Aldgate, City of London, England.^[2][3]

In the 1841 census, George (age 25) was on Westminster Road, St George the Martyr, St George Southwark, London & Surrey, England.^[4]

George became a member of the The Royal Society of Musicians of Great Britain on the 3 August 1851 as confirmed in the Society's book, “Members of The Royal Society of Musicians 1738-1984” on Page 85
