Biography

Louisa was born on 22nd October 1857 and christened in Coventry on 16th December 1877. Her parents were Sarah and Joseph.^[1] In 1881 she was working as a domestic servant for the Freeman family in West Ham^[2] and she married William Wade (1857-) in Tottenham the following year.^[3]

In 1891 she was running a boarding house in Eastbourne, where her 2 daughters were born. She was living with them, her brother, sister and 6 lodgers.^[4] 10 years later the family had moved to her home county of Warwickshire and were living on Willes Road Lansdowne Crescent. William was working as a warehouseman. Their 2 daughters, Elsie Louisa Wade (1885-) and Edith Sarah Ellen Wade (abt.1890-) were to marry 2 brothers; James Jerrim (bef.1881-) and Thomas John Wilson Jerrim (bef.1883-).

She died in Stratford upon Avon in 1945 at the age of 86.^[5]
