Helen King Selph May 19, 1923 - February 25, 2010
Mrs. Helen King Selph, age 86, of Jennings, FL. passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Lake City Medical Center following a brief illness. Mrs. Selph was a lifelong resident of Hamilton County. She was the daughter of the late Paul M. King and Berta Smith King. Mrs. Selph was a homemaker and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Wallace Selph and her daughter, Rhonda Selph.
Survivors include, her son, Mike Selph (Anita), of Jennings, FL.; her daughter, Marla Rowe (Cecil), Jasper, FL.; three grandchildren, Samantha Selph Norris (Jack), Wallace “Buster” Selph, and Amber Rowe Jones (Chris); a godson, Harold Scheinsberg; five great-grandchildren, Jackson, Carson and Allison Norris and Fischer and Finnley Jones.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010 at New Hope Baptist Church. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
