Biography

Clarence Elias King was born on 24 Oct 1888 in Upper Rockport, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada[1][2], son of William King (1837 - 1902) and Mary Jane (Lockhart) Trites (1845 - 1936).

His siblings were:

Clarence married Sarah Annie Cole (born in Upper Rockport on 13 Feb 1892; died in Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts, United States in Sep 1974), daughter of Bedford Milledge Cole and Ada Clara Tower. Their children were:

  1. Ivan A. E. King (1912 - 1918)
  2. Bertha Ardoine (King) Tower (1915 - 1993)
  3. Unnamed King (1919 - 1919)
  4. Arthur Adrian King (1922 - 2007)
  5. Reta Clara Eva King (1925 - 1942)

Clarence died on 17 Feb 1967 in Wood Point, Sackville, Westmorland, New Brunswick aged 78. He is buried in Rockport Cemetery, Rockport, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada.[3]

He was a farmer.
