Biography

Linda was born in 1939. She was the daughter of Charles Hiram Kimple and Regina Pauline (Lasko) Kimple.

Linda attended her public schooling at Conneaut Valley High School, Conneautville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, USA, between 1954 and 1957.

Linda then went on to study for her registered nurse's license graduating from the Spencer School of Nursing. She was employed in the Labor and Delivery Department at the Meadville Medical Center, Meadville, Pennsylvania.

Linda married Layton B, Wasson on 25 November 1961.

They had three (3) children:

1. Michael Blaine Wasson (1964-2015), married Joyce Ellen Barb.
2. Mathew Scott Wasson, b. 1967, married Julie Callan.
3. Michelle Marie "Missy" (Wasson) Askey, b. 1968, married Rick Alan Askey.

Linda was a member of the VFW Meadville Post 2006 Auxiliary. She was a member of the congregation of St. Brigid's Roman catholic Church.

Linda passed away in 2021 and was laid to rest in the Kiser Hill Cemetery, East Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, USA
