Biography
No information is available, as of 05 Jan 2020, in regard to his first marriage. His second marriage was to Elsie (nee Williams) McNew, in 1850-1860. He was a brick layer who lived in Rumsey, McLean County, Kentucky, United States. His children by Elsie were Susan Dorothy (1856-1912), Leonard (b 1858), and Catharine (born in about 1859).
He appears in the 1860 United States Census, but his wife Elsie was remarried and bore a son by Samuel Dame on 26 Dec 1863. Thus, it is likely that he died between 14 Jun 1860 and 26 Dec 1863.
