Robert Hale Kellogg was an American soldier and author. He was a POW at Andersonville and maintained a diary. He wrote a book based on his diary entitled: "Life and Death in Rebel Prisons: Giving a Complete History of the Inhuman and Barbarous Treatment of Our Brave Soldiers by Rebel Authorities, Inflicting Terrible Suffering and Frightful Mortality, Principally at Andersonville, Ga., and Florence, S.C."
Robert was born in 1844. He passed away in 1932. [1]

Member of GAR Post #50 at Hartford, Connecticut. Died February 9, 1932. Buried St Mary Cemetery, Delaware, Ohio. [4]
