You asked me to add Nancy Ann Secor as the wife of Edmund Clay Secor, but you didn't give me her Wikitree ID number. I couldn't find her on Wikitree. Can you please give me more information? Is her profile under her maiden name, as it should be?
Karen
Spouse and Children Virginia L Secor Wife Female Nancy Taylor Daughter Female Jean Corliss Child Unknown Edmund C Secor III Son Male.
She may not have a profile yet, and I believe she is still alive, since she was born in 1951. Her brother and sister are listed as living and have private profiles.
Thank you for all the work that you have done for the England Project. I do not seem to have had a response from you from the recent England Project check in.
If I do not hear from you within the next 2 weeks I will presume that you wish to leave the project. If you leave us, I hope that you will want to re-join us sometime in the future. You can do this by responding to our G2G post. https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1516540/is-2023-your-year-to-join-the-england-project

Are you happy with your current project team choices? Would you like to join any other teams?
Also, we would really like to hear which team is currently your highest priority. If you are a member of more than one team, could you please rank them from highest priority to lowest? Thank you! If you don’t see yourself as being part of a team, please let us know.
We also welcome any feedback on things you would like to see the project do more of in the future.
I look forward to hearing from you. Please respond to this message by posting a reply below or sending me a private message.

Thank you for joining the Mighty Oaks for the Connect-a-Thon. The 65 members who joined our teams were awesome. Our two teams added 12,905 profiles over the weekend. The Branches Team came second and the Roots Team came forth in the overall scores. Both teams were also in the top ten in the normalised scores. I hope you enjoyed it and will be joining us in April when we do it all over again.
Joan, Maddy, Janet & Fran.
Thanks for the typo fix on a place name in one of my managed profiles (Victoria, Australia) — however, St. Kilda is my preferred usage, and is also the most common one in use today for the Melbourne suburb and the local football club. Despite that, it does not come as an option in the drop down list.
Just thought I should let you know. Have a good festive season, and all the best for 2023.
Christine

Thanks for self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge! Collaboration with Pre-1700 Project members is essential for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Collaboration is essential because those ancestors are usually shared by many descendants.
It looks like the England Project would be a good fit based on your branch of WikiTree. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.
Do you have any questions? Let me know. I'm happy to help! :-)
Remember to cite reliable sources in pre-1700 profiles you manage, or edit. (See: Pre-1700 Reliable Sources).

is her surname actually "Married?" Please update if you know this family grouping. I do not.
I don't know the family group at all - was tracking down connectors challenge. I doubt her name is -married - but I can't find a definite source for what it is.

One of our mentors created a tutorial for the GEDCOMpare process that others found very helpful. I hope that you will too.

Thanks for joining us! I hope you're enjoying our site and our community. I just wanted to check in and see how things are going. Has the New Member How To Pages been helpful or has it left you with questions?
It's great to have you on board. Enjoy your time here, and good luck growing your branches. If you need help just click on my name and you will be transferred to my profile where you can post a message or send me a private message.

P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
Start with the pages https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:New_Member_How-To - they are really useful as you add profiles and learn your way around:
Let me know if you require assistance. I am happy to help. After adding my own family and ancestors I have found many cousins and distant ancestors here on WikiTree.
Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile as the links will work from there.
