This is the time for the annual 2024 check in with members of the Military and War Project. Have you been active during the last six months in the Military and War Project? Note that it is a requirement to respond to the Military and War Project Check-ins. Please respond to this message by clicking the reply button below this message, to post your answer. I look forward to hearing from you..
To nudge your memory, seems you were going to start another space page of military....?
Many thanks,
Mary, Project Coordinator, Military & War
Hope you are well.
I sent you a check-in message a week ago about the Military and War Project to ask you about your continued involvement but have not yet heard back from you. Do you still want to be in the project? If I don’t hear from you by the same time next week I’ll assume that you’ve moved on to other things but you’re most welcome to re-join the project at any time.
Best wishes,
Mary~ Project Coordinator, Military and War Project
This is Walt Steesy -- Olmste(a)d genealogist. I receive copies of your post as I'm on Katie's trusted list. She has been very busy dealing with some family problems this past winter and spring. I'm sure she is still interested and will again be active later this year. She helps me put the appropriate stickers on Vets profiles. Dee Poole had been doing that too, but she died of Covid this past January. Walt

Many thanks,

Thanks for the message. I changed the Title from https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Memories_of_Men_of_Vietnam to Service Men of Vietnam
If you look below your table, there are other men listed there from other states. If there were more men posted tfor the other men, then I could split the pages. As is the states mentioned, ahave only a few.
Let's let it go for a while to see if more appear.
Would you be willing to look up a couple of Vietnam sources to list where you mostly found your sources,
Thanks
Mary ~ Project Coordinator, Vietnam War

The Global Cemeteries Project is currently undergoing our member check-in and wanted to verify that you are still active and interested in being a member of the project. Are you currently assigned to or working with one of our Cemetery Teams? If not, is there a particular Team or area you are interested in participating with? I would be delighted to help you get setup in one or more of our collaborative teams!
We use Google Groups for internal project collaboration, so if you are not yet setup for access feel free to submit a join request and we will get that approved as quick as possible. We also ask that members check their follwed tags to make sure you are following the correct project tag (CEMETERIES) so you don't miss any disucssions in G2G.

Your list of men killed in Vietnam had become very long. So I put it into kind of columns.
Plus some at the bottom do not have their WikiTree numbers, thus are red...
Mary
In July 2019, you made 1000+ (actually, over 2200!) contributions to our Shared Tree! I commend for your time and effort. Keep up the great work!

It has been a couple of weeks since we contacted you about your participation in the Military and War Project and we are following up to make sure you wish to remain a member.
We understand that interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent to the branches they are currently building. If this is the case for you, please let us know.
If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things for the moment and remove you from the project. Please know that you will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction.
Thank you so much for your participation; we genuinely appreciate it.
