Narcissa Johnson was born on February 8, 1852, in Georgia, the daughter of Sallie Johnson. She married Mitchel Bland in 1882 in Bulloch, Georgia. They had six children. She died on February 6, 1921, in Bacon, Georgia, at the age of 68, and was buried there.
