Capt. James Jack .Birth: 1 July 1719 in Newton Twp, Chester County, Pa. or County Londonderry, Northern Ireland.

Newton Twp. suddenly was in Cumberland County, when the new County was formed abt 1751.

Note: It has been reported that James talked about bringing over a uniform from Ireland when he came to America. Was this a British Uniform ?
