Thomas Jack, born in 1741 in Alyth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland, died 26 Mar 1827 (aged 85–86) in Alyth and was buried in Alyth Parish Churchyard in
Alyth, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Thomas Jack is buried in the Old Parish Church of St. Moluag. A small secluded churchyard on a commanding site at the top of the town of Alyth. All that remains of the Church are 3 large arches from the late 15th Century. The Kirk was abandoned in 1839. The headstone is quite small but in fair condition. [2]
