Biography
William Hunkins was born in Howard Township in 1855. He was the son of Peter Hunkins and Mary Hall. He moved to Tuscola, Michigan with his parents around 1867. He married Mary Ellen Cowell about 1885.
He passed away in Pontiac, Michigan in 1925.
