Biography

Frank was born in Indiana in 1869, the son of Alexander Hullinger and Lucretia Gabriel.^[1] He married Della Smith in Indiana in 1899.^[2] Frank passed away in Indiana in 1922^[3] and is buried in Converse, Indiana.^[4]
