Biography

Fanny Hudson was born in 1831 in Portslade, Sussex. She was the daughter of Henry Hudson and Mary Glazebrook^[1].

In 1855 she married William Dudney in Portslade^[2][3] and they had 7 children: Horace (b.1856, d.1859), Mary Maria (b.1857, d.1901), William Hudson (b.1860, d.1922), Sarah Jane ("Daisy") (b.1861), Fanny Elizabeth (b.1863, d.1930), Arthur Hudson (b.1867) and Edith Ellen (b.1871).

Fanny died aged 83 in 1915 in Haywards Heath, Sussex,^[4][5][6] and was buried in Portslade Cemetery^[7].
