Biography

Elizabeth, born June 28, 1840 (1900 census says July 1840), was one of the ten children of Elias Householder and his wife, Sarah Startzman. Elizabeth and John H. Tice were married January 3, 1861. They had six children --- Emma A., born Aug. 25, 1861; Bertie O., born Dec. 4, 1862; Lillie M., born June 24, 1864; Freddie L., born Oct. 11, 1865; Hattie A., born April 21, 1867; Gracie B., born July 25, 1875. Mr. and Mrs. Tice are members of the United Brethren Church.
