Emma was born in 1931. She was the daughter of Elmer Holiday and Emma McCants.

Those in the household included Robert Henry McCants (64 yrs), widowed White male Head of Household, occupation, Laborer in the Farming industry, where he had not worked the week before, Robert Henry McCants Jr (28 yrs), single White male, occupation, Laborer in the Farming industry, where he had worked 36 hours the week prior to the Census and worked 40 weeks in 1939, Elmer Holiday (44 yrs), married White male, occupation, Laborer in the Farming industry, where he had worked 36 hours the week prior to the Census and worked 40 weeks in 1939, Emma Holiday (43 yrs), married White female, Christine Holiday (17 yrs), single White female and Emma Sue Holiday (8 yrs), White female.
