Darlington- Fred Hinkins, 35, Seymour farmer and son of Sheriff and Mrs. Frank Hinkins, died Monday night at a Platteville hospital of injuries sustained when he was injured by a bull.

Hinkins was in a paddock with the animal when it turned on him suddenly.

Survivors are his parents; four brothers, Frank, with whom he operated the farm; Spencer, Platteville; Charles, Seymour, and Russell, Darlington; and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Hillery, Darlington, Mrs. Clara Geach, Kewanee, Ill., and Mrs. James Geach, Seymour.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday with burial in Union Grove cemetery. -- Wisconsin State Journal, 28 Jul 1931
