Biography

Sarah's parents were Matheis Heinlein and Anna.^[1]

On 31 October 1754, Sarah immigrated to the colonies on the ship Bannister, which sailed from Amsterdam. Her parents and her brother, George Heinlein, were also on board.^[1]

Sarah became the second wife of James Morgan^[1] (d. 1782),^[2] the wealthy Durham furnace iron master,^[1][2] in 1765.^{[citation needed]}

She was the stepmother of James' adult sons, Daniel and Abel Morgan, M.D.^[1]
