Interesting marriage information: Joseph's 1st wife was Rhoda Stanley whose parents were James Crew Stanley & Mary Jones. Joseph's 2nd wife Cynthia Wiley whose parents were David Wiley & Elizabeth Stanley. Elizabeth was a sister of Rhoda the 1st wife of Joseph.
His first wife was Rhoda Stanley, they were married in Columbiana Co., OH in 1830. Rhoda was a Quaker so she was disowned as she married out of the Quaker faith.
His second wife was Cynthia Wiley Austin, they were married in Union Co., OH on Aug. 16, 1877.
