Biography

Thomas Haydon may have been born about 1692 in Virginia, but further research needs to be done in order to make this claim. In 1764, he is recorded in deeds of gift to his daughters and sons-in-law, William and Elizabeth Nelson, William and Ann Haydon, and Benjamin and Mildred Leavell.[1][2][3] His wife is reported as Anne Denney on many online trees, but as these sources are not reliable, further research needs to be done. Thomas died in 1782 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.[4]
