Biography
Gladys was born in 1883 And baptised 9 Sep 1883 at Harford, Cheshire.[1] She was the daughter of Herbert Hatt-Cook and Emily Anne, née Firth.
In 1891, aged 7, she was living with her siblings and parents at Hartford Green, Harftford, Cheshire, England.[2]
She was married on 6 Jun 1906 (aged 22) to Edward Copleston Townsend at Meiktila, Bengal, India.[3]
She died 16 Sep 1963 in Monmouthshire, Wales, and her will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry for Bodmin, Cornwall, on 14 Jan 1964. She was then of Pilstone House, Llandogo, Chepstow, Monmouthshire.[4]

Gladys should have the LNAB of Hatt Cook and the Current Last Name of Townsend, not the other way around. According to her marriage record, she was 22 at date of marriage, which puts her birthdate at around 1884. Having her birth year at 1911 throws up many errors. Please change all this when you have a moment. Thank you.
