Biography
Anne Cécile Guimond was born on October 22, 1688 in Sainte-Anne de Beaupré to Joseph Guimond and Anne Paré. She was baptized the next day. Her godparents were Pierre Caron and Marie Barette[1].
She married Michel Amaury on August 28, 1713 in Sainte-Anne de Beaupré[2].
Her second marriage was to Jean Émond.
Cécile died on April 1, 1746 at Hôtel-Dieu de Québec in Québec City at the age of fifty-seven. She was buried the next day[3].
