It is best to start with the New Member How-To pages, they will save you a lot of time and frustration.

May I suggest amending your tags so you have one tag for each name you are researching? So change GRAY_OR_CLAPHAM to GRAY and a separate CLAPHAM.

If you create separate tags for your surnames, the tags become clickable links to pages of others who want to collaborate about that surname. With the surnames combined in a tag, that isn't possible. This link may help you Tags.
