Biography

Biagia Governali, daughter of Stefano Governali and Rosa Terrusa, marries Bernardo Piranio, son of Giovanni Piranio and the late Anna Favaloro, on 3 February 1806.[1]

Bernardo and Biagia have at least three children: Giovanni (c. 1815) Rosa (c. 1818), and Lucia (c. 1821).

Giovanni is born around 1815, based on the age he gives when his daughter is born.[2]

I estimate Rosa is born around 1818, twenty years before she marries. She is named after her paternal grandmother.

I estimate Lucia is born around 1821, twenty years before she marries.

Giovanni marries Giuseppa di Miceli on 19 July 1835. Bernardo and Biagia have died by this time.[3]

Rosa marries Liborio Colletto on 4 November 1838.[4]

Lucia marries Vincenzo Profita on 20 June 1841.[5]
