Here the original says "Brenton otherwise Williams". Did she marry a Brenton as did her daughter Nellie (she married Stanley)? I cannot find a marriage. But here below are some Williams record... so therefore unlikely...

Perhaps she was living with son-in-law Stanley Brenton's father under the name of Mrs Brenton...

YES Here is a 1948 Electoral Roll where Victor is living with sons Stanley and Herbert, and Mary A. Brenton. Victor Trelawney Brenton (1888-1964) was Stanley's father. Living at 51 Shaw Street., which ties in with the above death.
