Marie Doucet is this woman's grandmother. Germain's father was also named Germain. So his father married Marie Doucet. If you click on family tree and tools, you can see where Marie Doucet comes in.

I believe your Marie-Joseph is the same as my Girouard-4820, as I have all the same siblings, but the info I have shows mother Marie Doucet. Do you have any indication that her father might have married twice, or that she herself might have married twice, hence the two names?
