Biography

William Patterson Gillham was born in July 25, 1866 in Missouri. He was the son of John Gillham and Susannah Jeffries. ^[1][2][3]

William Patterson Gillham married Lavena Alice Wilkerson on January 23rd, 1887 at the residence of the bride in Barry County, Missouri. Both fathers, "Benj Wilkerson and J C Gillham" are listed on their marriage license giving consent to the underage couple's union. ^[4]

William Patterson Gillham and Lavena Alice Wilkerson were the parents of Franklin R. Gillham, John Marvin Gillham, Clarence Oliver Gillham, ^[5]

William Patterson Gillham died unexpectedly in the Rosebud mining accident along with at least two other men on April 26, 1901 in Missouri. ^[6] He was buried in Aurora, Lawrence County, Missouri at Maple Park Cemetery. ^[7]
