Biography
Pamela Ngaire Gillam was born on 16 July 1935 in New Zealand, daughter of Edward Gillam (1899–1968) and Phyllis Beryl Hollamby (1902–1984).[1]
Pamela had a brother, Brian Henry Gillam (24 November 1929 – 19 August 1990).
Pamela died on 17 September 2018 in New Zealand, aged 83.[2]
