Children: Ludow (June 26 1608, witness Cij Jansdr), Jan (Sept 20 1609, witness Tijalle Hermansdr; mother called Rijck Jansdr), Volcker (June 21 1611, witness Cij Jansdr), Neeltjen (Feb 10 1613, witness Aecht Willemsdr), Claes (Feb 8 1615, witness Pieter Lenerts, married Trijntjen Joests, surnamed Palesteijn), Gerrit (Jan 2 1617, witness Enier Jans), Herman (May 20 1619, witness Tal Hermansdr), Sytje (Aug 29 1621, witness Aecht Willemsdr), Dibbe (Sept 7 1623, witness Tialle Harmans, mother called Freeckjen Jans in database).

Tjalle Hermans was the wife of Barent Jansz, who would have been Griet’s brother. Griet was baptism witness to their daughter Altgen in 1602. Aecht Willems was most likely the wife of Evert Jans, who would have been Griet’s brother. Aecht and Evert also had a Griet.

When they were married Lenert lived on Westerstraat and Griet on Karnemelksluis in Enkhuizen.

Lenert's baptism witness was Ludu Gerrits.

Lenert was a goldsmith, sometimes Enkhuizen’s assayer of gold and sometimes its “deken” (coverer?) from 1614, 1616 and 1617.
