In 1790, the Fulchers were living in Caswell County, North Carolina.[7] By 1820, Henry Fulcher was listed on the 1820 Census for Person County, North Carolina.[8]
Henry Fulcher passed away before 2 Jan 1823 in Person County, North Carolina.[1]
