John married Martha Kingman at St Cuthbert's, Wells on 30 Sep 1683[2].
John made a non-cupative will[3] on 21 Nov 1725 and died the next day, at Walcombe near Wells.
He was buried at St Cuthbert's on 25 Nov 1726.[4]
