Fambrough-85 and Fambrough-67 appear to represent the same person because: Both women are attached to William Harris Gilliam as his spouse. Both women are listed as mother of the children of William Gilliam and Lucinda Fambrough.

There are some inconsistencies because one profile has conflated Lucinda Fambrough who married William Michael with this Lucinda. The marriage date shown is the marriage of Lucinda Fambrough and William Michael.

Ann, you are obviously much better at finding things and manipulating WikiTree than I am. I am certain of the dates on Lucinda Aveline Fambrough Gilliam. Her marriage was never recorded; one of her sisters' marriage was not either. Fambrough lore says the preacher was a drunk and he failed to do his part. I have not seen the "other" Lucinda but have adequate sources to be sure of my information. If you can eliminate the 1815-92 person, please do so. Nick

I cannot delete the 1815-1892 profile. I didn't create it. It was orphaned, with no manager, and I adopted it because I am a Fambrough researcher. The profiles need to be merged.

Thank you. Lucinda Fambrough Gilliam died in 1892. She wrote her will in 1888 and it was proven in 1892.

Adopted this orphaned profile since Fambrough is one of my core ancestral names.

This profile conflates at least 2 different women and families. It will take some time to repair. Lucinda Fambrough who married William Michael in 1849 and Lucinda Fambrough who married William Gilliam are two different women.
