Sarah was born about 1797, probably in the area of Lawrencetown, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, to probable parents George Edwards and Catherine Brown.
She married Henry Latter of Herring Cove, Halifax County in 1818 in Halifax.[1] They had 6 known children together in Herring Cove between 1819 and 1826. Henry died sometime before 1843.
Sarah remarried to widower Thomas Fahie in 1843 in Halifax.[2]
Thomas passed away in 1867; Sarah was named in his will.[3] In the probate file, she confirmed that she and Thomas had no children together, and Thomas had one daughter from his previous marriage.
Sarah's date of death is unknown; her last known record is her entry on the 1881 census. She is not found on the 1891 census.
