• It is possible that that the marriage above is incorrect. There were 4 people called "William Alfred Edwards" born in Victoria within 10 years of one another. In the Family Search Genealogy website, the William Alfred Edwards who was the son of William Henry Edwards and Harriet Pomeroy Thomas married Margaret Lavinia Smith (born Ruderham) in 1907. ^[5][6] So - more research is definitely needed.
