Jean Baptiste was born on March 18, 1825, the son of Charles Dubreuil and Marguerite Brouillette. He was baptized the next day at Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville. [1]
He married Justine Bertrand on November 25, 1851 at Saint Dominique, Bagot, Québec. [2]
Together, they had the following known children:

Marie Exilda Dubreuil, b. 1 April 1865
Francois Xavier Dubreuil, b. 7 September 1867
Marie Louise Dubreuil, b. 19 October 1869
Albert Dubreuil, b. 18 Dec 1871
He passed away in 1898.
