Biography

Marie Dubois was born in Saint-Clément-de-Beauharnois on 3 January 1835. She is the daughter of François Dubois and Angélique Valade.^[1]

In Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague on 23 February 1852, Pierre Visina, widower of late Marguerite Jourdonnais, married Marie Dubois, minor daughter of the late François Dubois and Angélique Valade from this parish.^[2]

In Notre-Dame basilica, Montréal on 26 November 1862, Joseph Dubreuil from this parish, son of Antoine Dubreuil and Agathe Bertrand from the township of Stukeley(uncertain), married Marie Dubois from this parish, widow of Pierre Vézina... In presence of George Grover and Pierre St-Aubin who undersigned with the groom.^[3][4]

Marie Angélique Dubois, wife of the late Joseph Dubreuil, died on 20 August 1916 and was buried on the 22 in Sainte-Therese (Ste-Thérèse), Québec (Quebec), Canada. Were present Charles Vezina (son from 1st marriage) and (Mme Charles Storey) (daughter from the 2nd).^[5]

Notes

At her daughter Louisa's marriage to Charles Storey, she is called Mary Woods.^[6]

At her burial, her daughter was called Mme Charles Storey.
