Philip Kindred Dick[1] was born 16 December 1928 in Chicago, Illinois son of Joseph Edgar Dick (b abt 1899 in New Florence, PA) and Dorothy Grant Kindred (b abt 1900 in Canon City, Colorado.[2] His twin sister, Jane Charlotte Dick, died six weeks after they were born.
The family moved to San Francisco, California. When Philip was five, his father was transferred to a job in Reno, Nevada; his mother, not wanting to go, divorced his father. She moved with Philip to Washington DC for a few years, then back to California (Bay Area) where Philip went to Berkeley High School and studied briefly at University of California, Berkeley.
Philip K. Dick became a well-known science fiction writer.
Philip K. Dick died in Santa Ana, California in 1982[3] after having suffered multiple strokes. He was cremated and his ashes buried (by his father) with his twin sister Jane at Riverside Cemetery (Sec K, Block 1, lot 56), Ft. Morgan, Colorado.

Anne William Rubsentein from 1 April 1959 to October 1965; one child:

Nancy Hackett (from 6 July 1966 - 1972); one child:
Isolde Freya (no Isa Dick Hackett) b 15 March 1967
Leslie (Tessa) Busby (from 18 April 1973[4] to 1988 (California Divorce Index says June 1976[5])); one child:
