Biography
Marie Desprez was born on 5 April 1739 in Cap-Saint-Igance, and was baptized the following day. She was the daughter of Joseph Guy Desprez and Genevieve Gagnier.[1] She married Gabriel Laurent on 19 January 1758 in Rimouski.[2] She died on 15 February 1834 in Rimouski, and was buried three days later.[3]
