On 14 August 1901, Frank married Harriet "Hattie" Newland Insse Hayes in Ontario County, New York, by Rev. Baum (Clifton Springs) as stated in the family bible. Frank and Hattie had three children, two that lived to adulthood. Frank Davis passed away 3 Jan 1963, in Alhambra, Los Angeles County, California. He is buried in San Gabriel Cemetery, Los Angeles County, California, next to his wife, Harriet. His son, Walter Edgar Davis, is also buried in the San Gabriel Cemetery.
