Biography

Frank was born 16 Sep 1876, in Geneva, Ontario County, New York. On 1 May 1898, in Geneva, NY, at the age of 21, he enlisted in the Spanish-American War, for 2 years as a Private in Company B, 3rd Infantry, NY. He became a Corporal on 1 July 1989.
Frank Davis served with the unknown during the Spanish-American War.

On 14 August 1901, Frank married Harriet "Hattie" Newland Insse Hayes in Ontario County, New York, by Rev. Baum (Clifton Springs) as stated in the family bible. Frank and Hattie had three children, two that lived to adulthood. Frank Davis passed away 3 Jan 1963, in Alhambra, Los Angeles County, California. He is buried in San Gabriel Cemetery, Los Angeles County, California, next to his wife, Harriet. His son, Walter Edgar Davis, is also buried in the San Gabriel Cemetery.
