Biography

Francoise Daigle was born on November 12, 1793 in Assumption, Spanish Louisiana.^[1] Her parents were Jean Baptiste Alexandre Daigre and Marie Dugas.^[2]

She married Louis Aucoin on September 9, 1811 at Church of the Assumption in present-day Plattenville, Louisiana.^[2]

She died on October 15, 1856 in Franklin, St. Mary, Louisiana, United States. ^{[citation needed]}
