Hi ,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful. Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies. If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles. Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations. If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page. _____ Matt~ WikiTree Mentor

Dahm-29 and Dahm-27 appear to represent the same person because: I put them both in. Well duh!

Hi !

Welcome to WikiTree :) I hope you have a wonderful experience here on our site. We're great for making “cousin” connections! Happy researching!

Hi!

How are ya? I'm _Matt____, a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site. Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well! Feel free to check out How To Use WikiTree. It's a great step-by-step guide to get you started. We also have our Help Index with links to topics you may have questions on. Don't forget our G2G Forum where many of our generous members help each other out. And of course I'm here to help, just ask!

Hi Darell, welcome to Wikitree.

Your profile popped up on my feed. My Harkness ancestors are not very deep but start off with my Grandmother Jean. Most of the Family seem to be based around the Cumbria region. You would be most welcome to mail me any queries and Ill help as best I can.

Hi Darell, Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree.

You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree.

Everything on WikiTree is a collaborative work in progress so don’t forget to read and sign our Honor Code. This is what keeps WikiTree a friendly and helpful community. We have many friendly members, feel free to ask if you have any questions.

My mother's line goes back to 1056 but I need help with my father's line. It goes back to ~1894 before hitting a dead end. My grandmother's maiden name was Kriner. I vaguely remember my great grandmother but have no data on her.
