Firmin Chrysostome Cyr, son of François Cyr and Marie Anne Guilbeau, was born in Saint-Basile, Madawaska, New Brunswick c.1775.

Firmin Cyr married Magdeleine Violette some time before 30 Jun 1805. [1]

Firminin Cyr, 84 year old widower of Magdeleine Violette, died 17 Jul 1859. He was buried 2 days later in St-Basile de Madawaska cemetery. [2]
